Affiliate Program Terms
These terms are an agreement between you ("you", "affiliate") and Comedy For The Internet Inc., doing business as PresentMGR ("CFTI", "we", "us"), 12801 N. Stemmons Fwy, Suite 826, Dallas, TX 75234. They cover the PresentMGR affiliate program, run through our partner portal at presentmgr.tolt.io. By applying or sharing your affiliate link, you agree to them.
Joining
You must be at least 18 and able to receive payouts. We review every application and may approve or decline any application for any reason. You can't join through someone else's account, and you can have only one affiliate account.
What you earn
- 30% commission on every payment a customer you refer makes for PresentMGR (Event Pass, Pro, Team and Founding purchases) during their first 12 months, counted from their first payment.
- Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays, after discounts and excluding sales tax, VAT and payment-processing refunds.
- A customer counts as yours when they arrive through your affiliate link and buy within 60 days of their last click on it. If they click more than one affiliate's link, the most recent link gets the credit.
- There is no commission on payments that are refunded, disputed or charged back, on your own purchases or those of your own business, or on customers who were already paying PresentMGR before they used your link.
What your referrals get
Customers who sign up through your link get 10% off their first payment on any paid plan. It can't be combined with other discount codes.
Payouts
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the referred payment, so refunds can settle, and is then approved.
- Approved commissions are paid on our regular payout schedule through the payout methods offered in the partner portal (such as PayPal, Wise or bank transfer). Payouts are in US dollars. You're responsible for any fees your payout provider charges you.
- You must give us accurate payout and tax details. US affiliates provide a W-9 and receive a 1099 when required; affiliates outside the US provide a W-8. We may hold payouts until these are complete. You're responsible for your own taxes.
- If a commission was paid in error or for a payment that was later refunded or charged back, we may deduct it from future payouts.
How you can promote PresentMGR
Do: share your link with your audience, clients and colleagues; write honest reviews, guides, posts and videos; and recommend PresentMGR where it genuinely helps.
Don't:
- bid on "PresentMGR" or similar terms (including misspellings) in search or social ads, or run ads that send people straight to presentmgr.com through your link;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or buy, rent or scrape email lists;
- post your link or discount on coupon, deal or cashback sites;
- make false or misleading claims about PresentMGR, its features, prices or results, or promise discounts other than the 10% referral discount;
- present yourself as CFTI or PresentMGR, or use our name, logo or mascot in your own domain names, social handles, app names or ad accounts;
- use cookie stuffing, hidden links, bots, incentivized or fake clicks, or any other trick to earn commission;
- promote PresentMGR alongside illegal, hateful, adult or otherwise harmful content.
Always make clear that you earn a commission, for example "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you buy," in a way people will see before they click, as the US Federal Trade Commission's endorsement rules and similar laws elsewhere require.
Our name and materials
While you're an affiliate, you may use the PresentMGR name, logo and the images in our press kit to promote PresentMGR under these terms. Don't change them. We can ask you to change or remove any content that mentions PresentMGR, and you'll do so promptly. That permission ends when you leave the program.
Ending the program or your participation
You can leave at any time. We can suspend or remove any affiliate, or change or end the program, at any time. If we remove you for breaking these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Otherwise, commissions approved before you leave are paid on the normal schedule. We may change these terms; we'll post the new version here and tell active affiliates by email, and the changes apply from the date shown. If you keep promoting PresentMGR after that, you accept them.
The legal part
You're an independent contractor, not our employee, partner, agent or franchisee, and you can't make commitments for us. You'll follow all laws that apply to your promotion, including privacy, anti-spam and disclosure rules. The program is provided "as is"; we don't promise any level of earnings, and we're not responsible for tracking failures caused by browsers, ad blockers or third-party services, though we'll look into any missing referral you report. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions we owe you. You'll cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims caused by your breach of these terms or by your promotional content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
