Always free

  • Speakers. Speaker pages, uploads, the phone remote and the speaker kit are free forever. Speakers never use a seat.
  • Running the show. The Mac app plays any event it already has, with no internet, whatever your plan. An expired card never stops a live show.
  • Your data. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes your events. Extra events become read-only until you upgrade or archive. Presentation files beyond Free’s 1 GB are kept for 90 days after a paid plan ends, and files in a Free workspace no one has used for a year are cleared. We email you twice before any file is removed.

Prices in US dollars, plus sales tax where it applies. Buy in the app under Plan & usage (sign in or create a free account first); change or cancel a subscription any time from Manage billing. Refunds: an Event Pass within 14 days if your event hasn’t happened yet, a yearly plan within 14 days of purchase or renewal, a Founding spot within 30 days (refund policy).
